Original Title: Study on Forming Process and Properties of Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Alloy by Selective Laser Melting Study on Forming Process and Properties of Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Alloy by Laser Selective Melting Laser selective melting forming (SLM) of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was carried out with laser power and scanning speed as the main process parameters. The results show that when the laser power is 300 W and the scanning speed is 1. 0 m/s,titanium exhaust tubing, the tensile strength of the SLM forming specimen reaches 1150 MPa,3d titanium wire, and the elongation reaches 9. 5%, ti6al4v eli ,titanium seamless tube, both of which are relatively high. When the laser heat input is insufficient, the tensile strength of the specimen can not meet the use requirements, and when the laser heat input is too high, the plasticity of the specimen decreases. The specimens were treated by conventional annealing, recrystallization annealing and solution and aging. After the heat treatment, the tensile strength of the specimens decreased significantly.After the recrystallization annealing heat treatment, the microstructure of the specimens was equiaxed α + β phase,nickel titanium wire, the tensile strength decreased to 893 MPa, and the elongation reached 11. 9%, and the plasticity increased significantly.
