Ultrasonic liquid processor equipment can significantly accelerate the strengthening of various chemical reactions. The collapse of air bubbles can facilitate the release of reactive radicals promoting chemical reactions.

Probe sonicator is commonly used in nanotechnology for evenly dispersing nanoparticles in liquids and for breaking down particles to nano size. They can disintegrate or shear most cells - cell lysing, bacteria, spores, and DNA/Chromatin. Probe sonicator can prepare emulsions down to 1/100 of a micron, homogenize "immiscible" liquids, accelerate enzymatic and chemical reactions, stimulate bacterial activity, disperse solids in liquids, and degas liquids.

Ultrasonic spray coating is a unique, environmentally-friendly, low-velocity spray technology that creates micron thickness, very uniform protective, and functional thin films with no clogging and very little overspray. Ultrasonic spray systems are used for creating both nanocoatings onto three-dimensional devices and two-dimensional linear substrates, as well as spraying nanosuspensions in dispersions. Ultrasonic spray technology can be used to spray uniform nano-thin coatings due to its low flow rate capabilities and high uniformity in droplet sizes.
